Great service made the house look move in ready!

Thank You for your hard work girls. Marlyn, the owner is super flexible and attentive to all of our needs. Our home was a disaster. She sent two superwomen to leave my place spotless. Woah

My boyfriend is a total slob and his place looks horrible. Marlene sent 2 ladies for his 800 sqft apartment and the place looks unrecognizable! They did amazing! We will definitely hire them again 🙂

Reached out to Marlene for a cleaning. She was very professional and experienced. Just by our conversation I knew she was very detailed. I'm a very organized and picky person so it was hard to find the perfect person. I found much more than that! Marlene and her team member Angelica were punctual and very very good at cleaning my home. They left all the rooms and restrooms the cleanest I've ever seen. They even took care of smaller items without any hesitation. Without a heart beat I would hire them again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning!

The owner and I had a discussion and I believe that it was just a misunderstanding regarding expectations and my dealings with having a cleaning service for several years and trying a new one. I tried to remove my review because I do not want to hurt a new business and I honestly believe that the lady who was sent to my home worked at her best. It was just not a right fit for me and a difference regarding expectations. I am impressed that the owner reached out to refund my money but I rejected this as I do not want a service for free and I did receive a service for cleaning. I wish the business success and just because my expectations were not met does not mean that this is not a good business for someone else.

I do not want to provide a bad review because I believe the worker that was sent to my home tried her best but the standards of cleaning were just not up to my expectations and the time to clean my home was beyond what I expected. As of October this year I had stopped using a service that I had been using for several years because they were beginning to take advantage of the cleaning they were doing for my elderly mother (my home and my mother's home were cleaned on the same day each month).I initially sought this service out for my mother and I was going to just continue to clean my own home but find a new service for my mother. However, I thought it would be best for me to try the service on my home first so that I would know what to expect for my mother's home. My mother's home is larger than my home and requires more cleaning so because of my experience I cannot move forward for my mother's house. I had an appointment and needed to leave and this was after 4 hours. My home was still not complete and several areas in the home were missed. I could not afford to wait any longer so I requested that the worker please finish up and I told her I would complete the rest of the house later. $120 for a standard cleaning was my budget that I thought was reasonable (even though I was paying less with my other service). The owner quoted me $165 and I told her that was too much for a standard monthly cleaning. I appreciate the fact that the owner was willing to work with me and negotiate a reasonable price. That is a positive regarding this service. I just don't feel that I got my money's worth and I know I do a better job and a more thorough job in less time when I clean my own home. I did receive a call from a lady while my house was being cleaned who stated she worked for the service to check on the cleaning and I expressed some of the concerns that I had and for each concern there was an excuse provided which had nothing to do with my concerns. I was treated with respect and courtesy by the service so maybe someone else's experience will be different. I feel bad about stating that I would not recommend this service but I want to make sure I provide the feedback which was requested of me. I would recommend, that if anyone uses this service that they get better details than what I got (my fault). In hindsight, I would have requested an on-site inspection and quote for my home or sent pictures of my home and I would have asked what is included in the standard cleaning, how the cleaning is performed and I would have asked what cleaning products are used.I read some of the reviews so I am sure this is a good service for some people but it just was not a good service for me and it is not one that I will use again. I do not have regrets about using the service but I do have regrets for the price that I agreed to pay and the time that I gave up for a cleaning that was not satisfactory to me. Hopefully my feedback will help someone else and the owner of the company will take my feedback into consideration when seeking out new clients. I wish the business success in their continued services.

They cleaned my house very well. I will now hire them to stage the house to make it ready to sell. I will update the review after I complete the staging portion of the job.

Amazing work ! My first time getting my house cleaned by someone other than myself , and I LOVED IT !.. Marlene is super sweet and has amazing customer service . She gets back to you ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, the lady that came to clean did great, made sure she got every corner in the house . Thank you once again! Definitely will recommend her !
